Fabio helps people and organizations to clarify the essence of their principles and goals using design to translate them into sharp concepts, combined with bold, remarkable visual communications. Having worked for more than 15 years in the design and strategy industries, he is focused on leveraging branding and communication strategies for purpose-driven organizations. Fabio is specialized in visual identity, information design (on and offline), and illustrations. 

Graduated in Marketing & Advertising (Universidade Mackenzie, 2003), Fabio began his career as an entrepreneur, opening his first advertising & design agency in 2001, followed by two design studios with different partners: Flag and Camisa10. In 2009, he joined Mandalah, a global innovation consultancy with offices in São Paulo, New York, Mexico City, Berlin, and Tokyo, as the Strategic Design Director, responsible for the implementation of design-oriented methodologies in the company’s processes and client projects. He was also in charge of planning and developing strategic frameworks and managing projects for local and global organizations, such as UBS, Nike, Natura, Rio2016, GM, Petrobras, and Whirlpool, among others.

In 2014, he joined LAB Educação, an educational innovation design lab, in which he designed the entire prototyping and evaluation methodology aimed to create innovative educational experiences for the private education sector. He was also responsible for developing the Branding & Communication Strategy. In parallel, he co-founded Hackademia, an online platform focused on curating and disseminating new educational technologies for parents and educators, and helped with the launch of MundoMaker, a learning space that integrates Robotics, Coding, Design Thinking and Mindfulness as tools for an innovative approach to maker education for kids, educators and adults. Since 2015, Fabio is a design and strategy partner at Trip Editora, Reos Partners, and Maker Brands.
